She works in land development design including stormwater management, sediment and erosion control, layout, grading, roads and utilities. Leslie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maryland College Park (UMD). Leslie has been an active professional member since 2018, and has previously served as YMG's Membership Chair, Secretary, and Vice President. Outside of ASCE you can find Leslie at concerts or traveling.
David MacGregor, PE

His responsibilities with Schnabel include organizing subsurface exploration programs, developing design recommendations regarding structure foundations and slope stability, and providing consultation during construction for earthwork and foundations. David earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland, College Park, where he is currently working toward a Master’s of Engineering. David has been an active professional member of ASCE since Spring of 2022. In his free time, you can find David hiking local trails with his dog in the summer or at the ski slopes in the winter.
Sara Doran, PE

Her responsibilities include the design of underground and tunnel structures for transportation and water infrastructure. Sara earned her Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Sara has been an active professional member of ASCE since 2020 and has been a member of the Scholarship Committee since 2021. Outside of work, Sara enjoys backpacking through scenic trails and spending quality time with her dog at the local dog park.
Nicholo Gadiana, EIT
Stacy Witbeck, Inc. ngadiana@ascemd.org(703)622-4837Nicholo is a Survey Engineer with Stacy Witbeck Inc., a heavy civil general contractor. Based out of Baltimore, Maryland, Nicholo is part of the Clark/Stacy Witbeck Joint Venture working on the Frederick Douglass Tunnel Program for Amtrak. Being part of the survey group, Nicholo’s responsibility is to model different proposed utilities and structures for the project using Trimble Business Center. He looks at utility alignments and elevations to ensure there are no potential conflicts between different elements of the project. He graduated with honors at George Mason University in Spring 2023 with his B.S in Civil Engineering. Nicholo has been an active member of ASCE, from his student involvement, the Construction Institute (CI) Young Professional Council.
Cole Galloway, EIT
GHDcgalloway@ascemd.orgCole is currently a Site Civil Engineer for GHD in Bowie, Maryland where he is responsible for erosion and sediment control design, stormwater management design, permitting, site design, and other duties of engineering. Cole earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University in May 2023. Cole has been an active professional member of ASCE since 2023.

Tony earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Prishtina, Kosovo, and his Master's Degree at Syracuse University. Tony has been an active professional member of ASCE since 2021. Tony's hobbies include soccer and rock climbing.

Marine SolutionsCassidy is a Project Engineer Diver at Marine Solutions, Inc. She works on several types of bridge inspections, including diving and climbing. Cassidy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Cassidy has been an active professional member of ASCE since 2021. Her hobbies include reading, hiking, and playing board games.
