Sarah is a Project Engineer in the Water Business Line of Gannett Fleming, Inc. with a focus on design and construction services for water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure. Prior to Gannett Fleming, Inc. she was a Compliance Engineer in the Water Supply Program at the Maryland Department of the Environment.
Sarah received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware. Sarah has been active in the ASCE Maryland Section since 2013 and currently serves as the Younger Member Co-chair. She started in ASCE as a member of the University of Delaware Student Chapter.

Deanna is a structural engineer with the bridge group at Whitney, Bailey, Cox & Magnani, LLC (WBCM). She has experience in design, analysis, rehabilitation, and inspection of transportation structures. Deanna earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Penn State and a master's degree in civil engineering from Johns Hopkins University. She started in ASCE as a member of the Penn State Student Chapter in 2012.
