Our FY24 ASCE Maryland Section YMG President, Alyssa Sooklal, presented a project during the ASCE National Convention in October 2023, as part of the Younger Member Poster Session! Her poster "Drainage Capacity Modeling and the Resulting Implementation of Green Infrastructure in Baltimore County, MD" was one of eight posters presented at the ASCE Annual Convention in Chicago, IL.

Our FY21 ASCE Maryland Section YMG Past President, Clint Martin, was featured in the ASCE Plot Points Podcast, in October 2019!
You have to know yourself before you can be yourself. For Clint Martin, that meant taking on the Appalachian Trail thru-hike for nearly six months in the woods before starting his first full-time civil engineering job. He talks about how the experience helped make him a better civil engineer in Season 2, Episode 3 of ASCE Plot Points podcast (dated 10/15/2019).
